Independent School District 196, the third largest school district in Minnesota, selected MVP to design their new Web site and a promotional Flash video. The new site brings school and community information to the 28,500 enrolled students and over 45,000 families in this suburban area, located just south of Minneapolis. The site also provides resources for faculty, board members, or anyone interested in the district.
